The contents and services that APAHE makes available to the User on www.apahe.pt may also be governed by specific conditions that, in case of conflict, will prevail over the General Conditions. The User, each time they use any Content or Service, acknowledges and also accepts the corresponding Specific Conditions applicable.

a) Hyperlinks The establishment of a hyperlink does not imply, in any case, the existence of a relationship between APAHE and the owner of the website where the hyperlink is established, nor APAHE's acceptance or approval of its contents or services.
APAHE reserves the right to prohibit or disable any hyperlink to www.apahe.pt at any time, especially in cases of illegality of the activity or content of the website where the hyperlink is included.
Personal Data
APAHE may request some personal data from the User. APAHE will provide the User with the necessary information so that, prior to providing it, they can expressly consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes by APAHE.
The collected data is processed automatically and intended to establish the User/Client status, enable future contacts, specifically direct marketing actions, offering related products and services, even if indirectly, connected to APAHE's activities.
The collected data is also intended to comply with legal obligations and to be used in contractual relationships, with APAHE committing to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all data and restricting access exclusively to what is necessary for normal activity.
The User expressly and previously authorizes the transmission of their personal data to APAHE's commercial partners and further expressly authorizes that the data be used by APAHE, even after the termination of the membership agreement, for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes.
In the event of non-compliance by the User, the data may be transmitted to third parties for the purpose of debt collection.
The respective data owner is guaranteed, under national and international legislation in force (in particular, Law 67/98 of October 26 and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016), the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.
APAHE will only contact the User through any online/electronic means or devices when the User has expressly provided prior consent.
General Provisions
The non-exercise, late exercise, or partial exercise of any right granted to APAHE under this Agreement or any applicable provision does not imply the waiver of that right, does not prevent its subsequent exercise, and cannot constitute any form of delay or novation.
This Agreement constitutes the entirety of the contract between the User and APAHE regarding the matters it regulates.
Changes to Terms of Use
These terms of use may be updated by APAHE at any time without prior notice to Users, in response to legal requirements or operational changes. Users will always have access to the current terms of use online.
This document will always be available online, can be freely consulted, and can be saved or printed at any time, even without registering on the site.
Any changes will be communicated to registered Users through online publication.
Subsequent access and use of the site by the User will be considered as clear evidence that they have read, accepted, and understood the amended Terms and Conditions unless such changes involve an alteration in APAHE's data processing policy, in which case prior express authorization will be required from the User for changes to the processing or purposes of processing their personal data.
Partial Invalidity
The invalidity, total or partial, of any clauses of these General Conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will be applicable to their full extent, unless the affected party demonstrates that the purpose pursued by the parties suggests that they would not have concluded the agreement without the affected part.
Applicable Law / Jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
Final Provisions
All persons wishing to make purchases on this site declare they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to do so.
